Jim Parks, VP of Western Region

Jim Park has 25 + years of experience working with clients around the country to discover innovative ways to boost productivity, increase employee job satisfaction and streamline processes. His career began on Radio but after a couple of years in the booth Jim preferred to work with people directly and so began his career in organizational management.

In the beginning Jim managed programs for several non-profit service organizations in Northern California. After he was recruited by Intel Corporation he joined the management group and moved the Memory Components division up to Aloha, Oregon.

In seven years with Intel, Jim rose from line supervisor to the Engineering Services Manager and then Senior Training Administrator for the Advanced Manufacturing Technology group. During his tenure, Jim had responsibility for the Finished Goods Warehouse, established a specialized group to support manufacturing called Engineering Services and served as a trainer at Intel University.
